Roller Skating 

Roller Skating is a lifetime fitness sport, well suited for both children and adults. In addition to building cardiovascular fitness, it contributes to the development of balance and coordination. Another major benefit is the sport’s potential for social integration as a recreational activity. People who master basic skills can participate in family, schools, and community roller skating outings.

Stages and levels for inline skating

Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced (children & adults) shall be trained hard and in accordance to international Standards, followed by a strict curriculum, consisting of levels 1-6 developing than to specialized training in specific fields.

Level Begginer (1-2)

Level Intermediate (1-2) 

Level Advance (1-2)
